SEASONAL SITES

Seasonal Agreement is from April 1 - March 31.

Payment in full; Seasonal site(s) are due by April 1 of every year.

2026/2027 Camping Season: April 17th – October 25th

2026/2027 Non-Operational Season: October 26th – April 15th

Seasonal(s) payment received after April 1st will be charged a late fee of $55 per day.

New Seasonal(s) Camper Agreement, committing after April 1, will be pro-rated for the remainder.

Seasonal site(s) are full hookup (water and electric).

Walnut Ridge Campground offers a dumping station located adjacent to our bathhouse.

Honey Wagon service is available for a Seasonal rate or wheel call. Seasonal service is scheduled every Monday and Tuesday during the Camping Season.

Seasonal rate: $455.00

Wheel call: $35.00 per call (Seasonal and Overnight)

Electricity at your site(s) is separate from your Seasonal Agreement payment. Electric meters(s) are read on the 1st of the month, and billing is placed in your assigned mailbox located in our campground office.

Seasonal Campers are responsible for maintaining their assigned site(s): mowing, trimming, weed control, etc. Walnut Ridge does not offer weekly mowing services.

All Golf Carts must be pre-approved & registered with Campground office. There is a one-time annual, Seasonal registration fee of $25.

Operators of all Golf Carts must have proof of a Driver's License & insurance on file in the Campground office. (Seasonal & Overnight guests).

Inclusions:

Pool access and mini golf are included with Seasonal Agreement payment for qualified people living in your household per Seasonal Agreement definition. Guests of Seasonal(s) must register at the Campground office. Guests will be charged a $5 day-use fee for pool, playground and/or property access.
Free Wifi.
Laundry facility access. (During Operational or Seasonal)

Restrictions:

Permanent structures (ie; carports, sheds, metal roof covering) are not permitted on premises.
Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers & Toy Haulers older than 10 years of current calendar year are not permitted as a Seasonal camper.
Four wheelers, side-by-sides and dirt bikes are not permitted on premises.
Display or use of Fireworks, Firearms, Weapons or Drugs are prohibited. (Zero Tolerance)
